Nora used to be very quiet and timid before she became a Eruidite - she was afraid of saying the wrong thing while she lived within Candor. She was very self-conscious about her words and often didn’t say anything at all.
As soon as she transferred, however, she began to come out of her shell. Surrounded by those who also appreciated her love for learning, Lenora became slightly more talkative, however, retained a minor stutter from years of almost silence. Nora still has a bit of a hard time connecting with others on a personal level as she tends to see them as problems to be solved, more than actual people. She is extremely intelligent, one of the leading medical professionals in Erudite and within the Factions as a whole. She has a supreme love for helping others and will go above and beyond if it means that she can solve another medical study case.

Lenora knew from a young age that she wasn’t cut out for life in Candor. Constant scrutiny of everything she said led her to be self-conscious of talking aloud throughout her younger years. She was quiet and reserved, careful not to step over any of the unseen trip-wires that were her faction. Her parents advocated for her to speak more, even sending her to an Amity counselor who tried to coax words out of her with sweet laughter and funny jokes - however, Nora would have none of it. Instead she sought solace in her books and writing. While the normal children of Candor were often debating matters of truth and falsity, Nora preferred to explore a more sensible and tangible state of reality.
Her aptitude test was a strange experience for her - often she seemed too timid and quiet and had a bit of a hard time with the inevitable time-constraints that were placed upon her. However, as she had originally expected, she showed an affinity for Erudite. When her Choosing Day came, it was no surprise that she bled into the Faction Erudite - it was where she felt she most belonged.
Her life in the faction was quick to take hold - more books and learning followed initiation and the young blonde flourished in her new environment. She felt more comfortable with these people who valued learning and intelligence above honesty and candidness. Slowly she came out of her shell, developing a strong affinity for medicine and research.
Medical was her study of choice and as Nora learned and grew in Erudite, she became a medical doctor or healer of the faction. Work in the hospital was fun to her - she was constantly enriching her brain with new studies, helping to treat medical patients. Over the past nine years full of study, she has become one of the leading experts in the medical profession. Often, she travels to other Factions to provide medical support to the hospitals there.
